Another major Crocus project is a new retail and leisure development set to open alongside the existing Tvoy Dom complex on the MKAD-Kashirskoye highway interchange. Bringing together a breathtaking 398 000 sq. m of inspiring retail space, it will feature more than 300 shops and hypermarkets, a theme park and multiplex cinema. Interiors have been designed according to a unique zone concept, following the style of various ethnic cultures: from the neon lights of Ginza Street to the vividness of eastern bazaars. Taking pride of place in the central arena will be a 10 000 sq. m theme park. The Vegas project will doubtless bring about a perceptible change in the lifestyles of Russian consumers.
