The company is also set to complete a further series of exciting projects: unprecedented Agalarov Estate, Crocus City Riviera (225 000 sq. m Venetian style hotel and leisure extension to Crocus City Mall); Crocus City Manhattan (a new 14-skyscraper business district for Moscow); the new 380 000 sq. m retail and leisure center, built on the intersection of the outer Moscow ring-road and Kashirskaya highway – Kashirka Mall and the new Nemchinovka Mall (120 000 sq.m).
Crocus Group’s regional strategy follows the same formula as its the highly effective Crocus City blueprint — a model of business synergy that, from 2001 onwards, has achieved rapid growth in mixed business operations. Crocus Group is aggressively focused on regional expansion, rolling out projects in several Russian cities — St Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Rostov, Krasnodar, Sochi, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Ufa, Samara, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk and Kaliningrad — in addition to one in the Belarusian capital, Minsk. The Group plans to open high-class retail, hotel and leisure facilities of over 150-200 sq. m space in each of these centers. Additionally, Crocus Group intends to import its successful Crocus Expo model to some of the larger cities, including Novosibirsk, Ufa, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan.
